Your responsibilities will include:Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiriesProcessing applications and reference checking tenantsLiaising with landlords and tenantsCoordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeopleAssisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reportsManaging lease negotiations and sign-upsThe Person:The ideal candidate will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career.
A current Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license.
