Apply today for this exciting opportunity to join our Western Australia Practice.By joining Settle Easy you will make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment.With a strong focus on career progression and development, this opportunity offers a pathway for you to excel in your field while shaping the future of property law and conveyancing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse range of conveyancing matters for various customers, including residential and off-the-plan transactions.Review and advise on Contracts of Sale, ensuring customers fully understand their rights and obligations.Conduct thorough property searches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Guide customers through each stage of the conveyancing process, providing clear communication and support.Prepare all necessary documentation and coordinate the settlement process.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving increased engagement with partners and customers.Identify and implement new ways of working that enhance service delivery and streamline operations.Support the design and optimisation of workflows and processes for property matters, leveraging technology to improve efficiency.Explore and challenge how technology and legal processes can drive operational improvements for Settle Easy and its customers.Key Position RequirementsSuccessful applicants will demonstrate the following:1-3+ years PAE in all aspects of property law (settlement service or settlement agency experience highly regarded)Excellent communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers and other stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer and stakeholder focus and work ethicStrong IT literacy, including an aptitude for learning (and becoming proficient in) the use of legal technology and IT applicationsProfessional presentationAbility to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent mannerGreat attention to detailEnthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivityBenefits and perksSupportive team and leadershipCareer progressionFlexible work arrangements (hybrid – office and home)Your work laptop will be providedProfessional development opportunities as the business evolvesExclusive discounts on our conveyancing and third-party services.We work hard but take time to celebrate successes and have some fun along the way.
