Junior Project Manager

The project, which is a fit-out, is valued at $200 million. It is heavily services-focused, so any experience with M&E and services projects would be advantageous.
This project began in January of this year and is running at full steam and is ahead of schedule. This role has been created due to the project's expansion as it steps into stage 2. You will work with a very experienced team that has been there from the beginning. The Senior PM has delivered multiple projects in this space and will be your direct mentor.
The business you will work for is slowly emerging as one of Australia's top niche builders. Most of their work is D&C; they also have an in-house consultancy that provides pre-construction and ECI services to clients.
This role will suit a Senior PE or Junior PM with experience working on projects of similar size, especially data centres, hospitals, and labs.
