Junior Pool Lifeguard (Casual)

The Geelong College is seeking to employ enthusiastic and reliable Pool Lifeguards who will be responsible for actively supervising the aquatic environment, ensuring public safety at all times in accordance with the Royal Life Saving Society Australia (RLSSA) standards and organisational policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience: Current LSV Pool Lifeguard AwardGeneral knowledge of OH&S, manual handling, hazardous substances, and dangerous goods including pool chemicals.Knowledge of commercial cleaning practicesHolder of current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtainAvailability to work rostered hours across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysHold a current First Aid (HLTAID 011), CPR (HTLAID 009), Defibrillator, and asthma certificationPrevious experience in a lifeguard role (paid or voluntary), or in an aquatic and leisure environment (desirable)Evidence of Right to Work in AustraliaWillingness to support the Christian ethos of the SchoolTo apply, please submit your application online and attach a cover letter and your resume.
