WOW Recruitment are currently seeking an entry level Administration Officer to work with our Mortgage & Finance client, based in Sydney CBD.
** $60 - $70k +super ** ** Fully officed based position ** ** Must be available for a mid October start ** As a Business Support Officer you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business operations.

What you will be doing?
Provide administrative support to the business.
Manage email inbox, handling all email enquiries.
Handling calls and assisting mortgage brokers with accreditation, application and ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM System, databases and other systems for accurate and efficient data management.
Collate reports, including insights for meetings with distribution partners and internal meetings.
Support in project coordination, tracking deliverables, timelines and maintaining project documentation.
Assist with functions, conferences, administrative, logistical and event planning support.
Collaborate with various departments to support the execution of business strategies and objectives.
Pre and post event support and management.
What do you bring?
Recent graduate within Business/Finance or similar area.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships across the organisation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
