The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to establish a strong brand identity for WingedHuman Enterprises and its subsidiaries. You will lead a team (size to be determined) and collaborate across departments (Sales, Design, etc.) to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and target audiences. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for each business unit, aligned with the overall WingedHuman Enterprises brand image (reliable, trustworthy, people-centric). Manage and oversee content creation (blogs, social media posts, website content) to build brand awareness and drive traffic. Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for all our websites. Develop and manage social media campaigns across various platforms to engage target audiences and generate leads. Track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure marketing efforts support their objectives. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications & Experience: A flare for marketing strategy development and execution. Proven track record of success in content marketing, social media marketing, bonus SEO is a plus. Experience working with a multi-brand portfolio is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
