About the Role
(Part-Time, 2 Days per Week, 15 Hours)
As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Marketing department's strategic business growth initiatives.
You'll work closely with the Chief Development Officer, Marketing and the Graphic Design departments to assist with a range of marketing activities.
This hybrid role (office, in-community, and remote) is ideal for a marketer in the early stages of their career.
You will gain hands-on experience across core marketing strategies and have the opportunity to contribute to projects that directly impact the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Your role as a Junior Marketing Assistant will involve:
SEO Management & Blog Support: Assist with SEO tasks, including proofreading and executing blogs.Social Media Content Creation & Coordination: Help coordinate and create social media content by collaborating with key stakeholders.Client Requests & Website Management: Support the timely delivery of client requests and assist with basic website management tasks.Marketing Strategy Development: Apply your marketing theory to practice by assisting in the development of marketing strategies, including yearly marketing plans and events.Exposure to Marketing Tools: Gain practical experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Hubspot, and more through mentorship from senior marketers.About You Currently studying for a marketing degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop their marketing skills.Must have full, unrestricted Australian working rights and a Working with Children's Check.Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of Canva or graphic design programs is helpful.A passion for marketing and enthusiasm to turn ideas into real-world outcomes.Willingness to apply theoretical marketing knowledge to real-life business situations, with support every step of the way. #J-18808-Ljbffr
