The Role Due to a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a litigation lawyer with around 1 to 3 years post admission experience and a solid academic record. This role will see you working closely with the partners on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes ranging from breach of contract, misleading & deceptive conduct, equity disputes, building disputes, insolvency-related disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, etc. You will draft pleadings, witness statements, go to court, brief counsel, and draft submissions. This is a 'hands-on' role and you will be stretched and challenged. About You To be successful in this role you will have: 1 to 3 years post admission experience in civil and commercial litigation (pre-admission experience will be highly regarded) Solid academics Strong writing and analytical skills Keenness and enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into exciting pieces of litigation The ability to work in a team but also autonomously Culture & Benefits This is a firm that prides itself on its client relationships and its supportive and collegiate working environment.
