About the role (What you'll be doing) We're looking for a junior growth marketer who wants to create work that has a massive positive impact on the health and wellbeing of Aussie men in Australia.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the way lifecycle comms are deployed and supporting performance marketing of Pilot (a Eucalyptus brand) to help achieve its rapid growth trajectory, helping thousands achieve their health goals every day.
In your role, you'll own email, SMS, organic social and assist in the management of performance marketing campaigns. Launching new campaigns and optimising flows weekly, learning from content and segmentation that's worked, and iterating on what hasn't.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define the content calendar and pillars across different segments in the conversion funnel, learn the tools across marketing efforts and work with a team of copywriters and designers to bring content to life.
As the Junior Growth Marketer, you will:
Own email, SMS and organic social channels including content briefing, scheduling, content creation, reporting and iteration Work with a team of marketers, and creatives including copywriters, designers and videographers to brief new content and optimise existing creative Support the implementation and optimisation of core performance marketing channels like Meta, Google and YouTube. Analyse data from a number of sources including: customer feedback, channel results, first-party data, and qualitative insights to develop empathetic, user-centred content that connects and converts Drive experimentation on emerging channels to unlock new growth opportunities. Identify Lifecycle journey opportunities to improve conversion metrics and execute on optimisation recommendations from new logic and segmentation, to different content angles Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows and content templates that keep the team nimble and successful in a culture that values moving fast and iterating quickly Determine baseline metrics and report on channel results on a weekly basis About you (Who you are) Experience working with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Active Campaign etc.) Working knowledge and interest in where email content has influenced key business decisions and outcomes. Adaptability and an understanding of how to work to a specified tone and voice and with brand-led strategic messaging Ability to develop new content angles and confidence writing short and long-form content on behalf of a brand Bonus: Experience working across performance channels such as Meta, Google and YouTube.
