About the role
With the rapid growth of our leading Commonwealth Compensation practice, we are seeking a Graduate or junior Lawyer with up to 3 years' PAE to join our team in Perth.
This close-knit and supportive team's main focus is on Commonwealth Compensation Law, disability insurance access and planning matters under the NDIS, merits review, public liability and industrial disease claims.
Working under the guidance of a supportive and friendly Partner with a passion for training and mentorship, this role will see you preparing for and attending conferences and conciliations in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, and will give you exposure to a wide variety of interesting work making this an invaluable opportunity for a lawyer starting out in their post-admission career.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be a Graduate or admitted Lawyer with up to 3 years' PAE.
We are looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
