An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a junior Lawyer (18 months – 3 years PQE) to join the Melbourne Corporate Commercial practice group of a Global Law Firm.
Working directly with a highly regarded Partner who is described as being fantastic to work with and a leading mentor within the firm, you'll be immersed in high-end matters across a variety of industries such as commodities, financial services, energy and resources.
What You'll Do
Advise on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Participate in finance transactions, and draft and negotiate complex contracts including joint ventures, product supply arrangements, and service agreements.
Work closely with foreign corporations investing in Australia, with exposure to Foreign Investment Review Board processes.
