The Role:
As a Junior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be an integral part of our global Infrastructure team, contributing to the management, support, and expansion of our global trading environment. This is your chance to collaborate with a highly skilled and detail-oriented global team, managing a diverse array of equipment, scale, and sites.
Your Contribution:
Ensuring the smooth operation of a real-time, latency-sensitive trading operation spread across global co-location facilities.
Diagnosing and resolving issues in hardware, software, Linux, and networking.
Strategizing and implementing plans for capacity, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability.
Assisting in the support of core trading and business software deployed on Linux.
Championing the automation and efficiency of all Linux-related tasks.
Overseeing the specification, configuration, implementation, and upgrade of network devices.
We're Seeking:
Individuals with a passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Those eager to enhance their technical skills and delve deep into Linux and network internals.
Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills.
Enthusiasts for automating processes and adopting an infrastructure-as-code mindset.

Candidates with 2+ years' experience working as an engineer in an enterprise environment.
Those with exposure to Linux systems, systems administration, automation, and configuration.
Individuals with experience with networking equipment as well as routing and switching protocols and functions.
Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Those with experience and a love of at least 1 scripting language for complex tasks (python/bash preferred).
Hands-on experience working in colocation/data centre facilities.
