Who are we looking for?
We're working with an impressive global client who has a need for a junior to mid-level lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law.
This role requires someone who has listed company experience and can provide assistance to the legal team in the busy end-of-year period.
Ideally, the successful candidate would be familiar with corporate governance statements and is confident in assisting their stakeholders with ASX forms.
This opportunity is full-time with office attendance required and is likely to run for approximately 3 months with the potential for extension beyond this.
