About the Role: Reporting to the National Field Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that United Petroleum stores meet the highest brand standards.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who's driven to succeed and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your key duties will include: Manage retail standards across all sites in relation to merchandising standards, marketing and customer service Complete quality & standard auditing and product compliance checks Monitor site compliance with various regulations regarding safe working practices, Food Safety and Occupational Health & Safety Perform and control the full audit cycle Provide active input into new sales and marketing opportunities Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders About You: Experience working in fast-paced environments like fast food chains or retail (McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks - will be highly regarded) Knowledge of loss prevention or retail auditing is a bonus!
FMCG experience will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding KPI's Excellent communication skills; written and verbal Demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships An ability to travel interstate or regional, including overnight stays A valid Australian drivers licence and vehicle Why Us?
