About the role
Join the dynamic team at York Law Family Law Specialists as a Junior Family Law Solicitor. This full-time role is based in our Sydney CBD office and offers the opportunity to work with a leading firm in family law.What you'll be doingProvide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of family law matters, including parenting, divorce, and property settlements.Conduct legal research and analysis to support the preparation of client documents and court appearances.Liaise with clients, barristers, and other legal professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.Assist with the preparation of court documents, including affidavits and submissions.Collaborate with the broader legal team to share knowledge and best practices.What we're looking forAdmitted as a solicitor in New South Wales with 1-3 years of post-admission experience in family law.Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.Passion for family law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.What we offer
