Junior Estimator/Trainee Qs- Perth Area

This client based in the Perth area is looking to bring in a Junior Estimator/Trainee QS with the view of developing them within the company.

The Role To support the Senior QS, Director and Senior Project Managers with pricing, tenders and estimates.

Responsibilities Downloading tender documents. Issue enquiries to Sub-contractors/Suppliers etc. Reviewing & selecting sub-contractor quotations. Collation of information and completion of Bills of Quantities. Preparation of estimates based off square metre rates/Preparing budget rates etc. Collation of Tender Analysis. Maintain Sub-Contractor Database. Administration & filing tasks for Estimating Team. Any other duties required by the Company. Requirements Experience in a similar role would be desirable. Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills. Ability to work well to deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Excellent attention to detail. A strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure to deliver high quality work in a demanding environment. Salary- £26-30K
