Being the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine, this role will put you at the forefront of creating custom solutions for our Micromine Spry customers, whilst also assisting with client training and product development.
Work closely with our mining clients to gather requirements and consult on projects.Use those requirements to script customised solutions within the Micromine Spry software using C#.Receive, respond to and resolve customer enquiries.Escalate technical issues and work with the dev team to resolve issues.Work with the customer to ensure the software is being used to its optimum.Provide clients with trainingand post go-live support.Provide reporting, insights, continual improvement recommendations as required.About You In this Junior position you will have a couple years of experience (or excellent graduates will also be considered) with an interest in solving mining problems using your scripting experience.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
