As our Junior Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across various digital and print channels.
Role Overview   The Junior Designer will be responsible for creating and managing visual assets that support Valiant's marketing, sales, and communication efforts.
From social media templates and website updates to downloadable content and sales collateral, you'll work closely with the team to ensure all materials are on-brand and engaging.
Key Responsibilities Develop visually appealing social media templates in Canva for social campaigns.
Create consistent, engaging graphics for paid and organic marketing efforts Design and update visual assets for the Valiant website to maintain a fresh and professional look.
Create email headers, banners, and other assets to support marketing campaigns.
Support the production of fact sheets, whitepapers, and guides with eye-catching visuals.
Collaborate with the content team to align designs with messaging.
Design impactful sales decks, presentations, and pitch materials to support the sales team.
Ensure all collateral adheres to Valiant's brand guidelines.
Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life.
Provide input on improving the overall look and feel of Valiant's communications.
What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience ideally in an agency or startup environment.
Strong proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design principles.
Experience designing assets for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas.
Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
Highly collaborative and communicative team player.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
