We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to our data analysis and decision-making processes.
As a Junior Data Scientist at A GEAR PILOT SERVICE, you will assist in analyzing complex datasets to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize our operations. You will work closely with senior data scientists and other team members to develop data models, generate reports, and support various data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in developing and implementing data models and algorithms to solve business problems.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
Support the team in generating reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
