Xpansiv.com Position Summary The Analyst of Operations Strategy, Platform Solutions, supports the conceptualization and execution of scalable, multi-disciplinary, strategies for the world's largest carbon credit and renewable energy exchange. This individual is responsible for documenting and maintaining solution designs that strengthen capabilities and operational efficiencies across Platform sales, delivery, finance, and customer success functions. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind and is driven to understand how people, process, and technology are used to drive innovation aligned to organizational goals. Additionally, candidates are passionate about structuring and analyzing data to unlock business insight within an open framework of learning and collaboration.
Essential Functions · Document solution designs and data models that support efficient business growth.
· Visualize data and process flows to ensure transparency and integrity of critical information powering operational insight.
· Support cross-functional reporting and data transformation projects.
· Drive empathic collaboration with stakeholders to identify data-backed scalability strategies across business functions.
· Deliver tactical reports and business dashboards that unlock insight in sales, delivery, finance, and service functions.
· Drive effective change management through transparent communication, learning and development, and trust.
Job Requirements · MBA graduate (or undergraduate degree with 1 – 2 years of experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science with consideration for those with Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
· Robust data analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design capabilities using common query languages.
· Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to modulate between collaborative and independent working environments.
· Adaptable, passionate learner about broadening and deepening their expertise in emerging financial markets and SaaS services.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills that strengthen diverse perspectives and
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Distinguished Candidates Have: · Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or similar languages.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 products, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Vizio or equivalent tools.
· Knowledge of financial services such as equities or commodities markets, wealth management, or banking.
· Familiarity with Salesforce solutions a plus.
· Previous experience in a similar role within the industry appreciated.
