More About the Role at Streem Streem is looking for a motivated media mogul to join our Insights & Marketing team as our newest **Junior Customer Success Manager (Insights)**. You will work directly with customers to define, refine and deliver our Insights offering on a day-to-day basis. Reporting to the Insights Team Lead, you will go above and beyond to nurture exceptional client experiences by driving various customer onboarding, retention, satisfaction and feedback strategies. The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing top-tier support to a diverse clientele. They will be confident in their ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of customers, informed by a strong sense of initiative and keen interest in the Australian Media industry. The ideal candidate is not afraid of challenges but motivated by them, able to proactively manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
