This is a site-based role at Muswellbrook, ideal for someone living in the Hunter Valley area. We provide accommodation in a company-exclusive, four-bedroom home, which can be used flexibly. You have the option to stay Monday to Friday and travel home for the weekends or stay full-time. Continuous improvement and our own professional development are at the core of everything we do.The Role:The Junior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in solving problems for our customers by:Bridging the gap between business needs and solutionsEnsuring our solutions deliver value, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budgetDriving effective and efficient implementation of solutions within the client organisationSpending your working week on site at Muswellbrook for Customer IntimacyWhat We Offer:Accommodation at Corehesion House – Our team's home away from homeAutonomy in ownership of your role, whilst working within a supportive teamGrowth business with opportunities and a professional development plan for your career progressionPublic Holiday Exchange – swap out a Public Holiday for a day more suited to youCompetitive salary, bonus, and share optionsThe chance to be part of a forward-thinking company committed to innovation and excellenceKey Responsibilities:Communication and Collaboration:Identify, analyse, and manage stakeholder expectations, effectively communicating changes to relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and support.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate a shared understanding of the problems, opportunities, requirements, and constraints.Participate in pre-sales engagements as a product expert, develop proposals and quotes, and manage customer relationships for assigned accounts.Requirements Analysis and Solution Design:Work with stakeholders to analyse and document business problems, opportunities, user stories, and constraints to guide the design of value-driven solutions.Collaborate with the Solutions Delivery team to design and deliver solutions that adhere to our standards and maximise value delivery, using prototyping to validate assumptions, gather user feedback and refine solutions through explorative and iterative design.Develop process maps, training materials and user manuals, to ensure clear documentation of the solution for effective implementation, user understanding and ongoing support.Manage project scope to ensure minimal viable solutions aligned with project objectives and customer expectations.Delivery and Deployment Support:Identify and manage risks associated with your projects and accounts, including schedule, cost, quality, and information security risks.Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and implement changes within the client organisation, ensuring smooth deployment of solutions.Develop and deliver training programs to assist end users in adapting to changes, providing support during the transition period.Identify and analyse the root causes of issues negatively impacting efficiency, information security, and customer satisfaction. Implement mistake-proof solutions to prevent recurrence.Recommend improvements to our customers' processes to enhance their efficiency and operating discipline, ensuring compliance with their policies and relevant regulatory requirements.Conduct comprehensive project closure activities, including post-project evaluations, to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to refine future project approaches.Lead effective Agile routines and Lean practices to maximise value delivery and efficiency and foster continuous improvement.Competencies and Experience:Primary interest in business process improvement supported by a solid understanding of technology and information systems.Customer-focused mindset with strong interest in mining, energy, transport and logistics industries and eagerness to understand their operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and management practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to articulate both technical and business information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Collaborative team player - works effectively within cross-functional teams, contributes their perspective, considers the perspective of others and willing to take on responsibilities for the good of the team and its performance.Strong analytical, critical and creative thinking skills - able to identify and dissect problems and opportunities, suggest innovative solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.Detail-oriented – values accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work.Process-driven – understands, follows, and improves processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.Prioritisation and time management – effectively manages conflicting priorities while aligning tasks with business and project needs, ensuring deadlines are met.At Corehesion, we are committed to fostering a workplace that motivates, empowers, and supports our team members, ensuring their professional growth and well-being.
