Working as part of a team you will work across some complex asset portfolios including councils, PPP's, education, health and retail.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidanceProvide appropriate attention to detail and information in CMMS upload to develop preventative maintenance plans and Opex forecasting.Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Public Private Partnership advisoryComplement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysisAid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling, future forecasting and risk registers.Provide amazing customer service to engage with onsite staff and teams, and provide specialist consultancy.Why you should apply:This is a very much a developmental role and you will grow and develop your skill base and eventually own specific areas of knowledge for the business.It offers the following:Learn from the established and experienced consulting team to kickstart your career.Have lots of variety!
