The Client Our client is a prestigious global real estate investment and asset management firm, and is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Analyst/Junior Asset Manager.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a renowned firm in the real estate industry and develop your skills in investment analysis and asset management.
The Role You will be supporting the Senior Analyst.
Assist with financial, property and corporate analysis
Accounting reporting
Assisting with any banking and related reporting
Investments, compliance, capital markets
Attend site inspections with the directors
The Candidate Degree in accounting, finance or property is imperative
Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret financial data
Proficiency in financial modelling
Strong written & verbal communication skills
