We are currently seeking a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our very busy and highly varied Accounts department .
This role would be suitable for someone with basic administration or accounts experience.
Due to the nature of this busy role, a positive attitude with a hands-on approach is required.
What the role entails: Daily Banking Function for the group Reconcile cash, cheques and eftpos for all daily transactions Follow up on any End of Day anomaly items Deal processing compliance and keying General journals and reconciliations Data entry Manage Stationery Orders Ad-hoc administration duties Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals Provide general support to our Accounts department as required What we are looking for: Experience in cash handling position preferred An ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment Strong communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail Data entry Skills Excel skills Benefits: Commitment to development and mentoring from your team!
