Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join their finance team.

About the Role As a Junior Accountant, you will play an essential role within the finance team, focusing on accounts receivable, month-end processes, and supporting quarterly and year-end reporting.
This role will involve maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial operations.
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to deliver key financial insights and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer databases and create new accounts as needed.
Generate invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile bank accounts and aged receivables.
Assist with month-end processes including reconciliations of prepayments, accruals, and provisions.
Support quarterly and year-end reporting, including the preparation of audit schedules.
Process journal entries and maintain fixed asset registers.
About You You are a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional with a passion for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of working across multiple accounting functions.
Your ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines will make you a key contributor to the team.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred but not required).
Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on accounts receivable and month-end reconciliations.
Strong understanding of BAS preparation and general accounting principles.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
