In this vital role, you will manage cases at multiple support levels, from initial assessment to enhanced case management, ensuring that each child receives tailored support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments Developing and monitoring flexible case plans Facilitating therapeutic group work Collaborating closely with referring agencies and external services Advocating for the child's best interests Enhancing family well-being Assisting with children's transition Making referrals to specialized services when necessary Your efforts will contribute to decreasing trauma impacts, improving family support, and fostering inter-service collaboration.
