We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Jump Inn Beer Bar and Restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-time Head Chef, with a strong passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion).
Main Responsibilities: Lead a team of 4-6 creative chefs and manage daily kitchen operations. Develop innovative menus that showcase your culinary skills and creativity. Maintain exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage menu costing. Communicate effectively with the team and management, demonstrating professionalism and respect. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time Head Chef. Strong passion for Asian cuisine (preferably Asian Fusion). Exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
