The Plastic Surgery Department is comprised of 10 consultants, a fellow, two plastic surgery trainees, and a tier of junior doctors.
It is a busy department, which covers a broad range of plastic surgery sub-specialties – with a strong emphasis on breast reconstruction and head and neck reconstruction.This is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service.
