As a Journey Expert, in our Consumer Cards Product Management Team, you will be responsible for product financial performance driving revenue growth, delivering initiatives that achieve great customer outcomes, owning the end-to-end product management for credit card products including the management of associated operational risk and compliance, suppliers/vendors performance and contract management, and delivering/co-ordinating changes related to credit card products.
This role will play an active role/contribution to the Consumer Cards Team, not only working closely with the members of Everyday Banking Portfolio, but also stakeholders/business partners across the end-to-end value chain of ANZ e.g.
Retail Distribution, Assurance, Legal, Compliance, Technology etc.

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in product management and/or retail banking.Commercial acumen, experience working closely with partners operations, risk, finance and legal.
An understanding of product P&L's will be highly considered.Leadership of customer change delivery/programs.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building skills.
Ability to obtain/negotiate outcomes through others.A "can do" attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques.A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.A good understanding of the Financial Services industry (including the relevant regulators and governing frameworks).
Ideally you would also have some exposure to Everyday Banking Retail Products (especially Credit Cards but could be Deposits, Payments and Personal Loans).An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants and putting them at the centre of everything you do with a desire to optimize customer journeys and experiences.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
