JLL's Global Risk Advisory team is seeking a dynamic and analytical Senior Analyst, ESG Risk to join our growing Global Risk Advisory practice supporting the Head of ESG Risk Advisory across Asia Pacific.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial real estate, risk management, and sustainability.
As a Senior Analyst in our Global Risk Advisory team, you will play a crucial role in providing value analysis and risk advisory services to our diverse portfolio of clients in the commercial real estate sector.
You'll work on high-impact projects, leveraging your analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver insights that drive client strategic decision-making.
An overview of the role:
Conduct in-depth value analysis for commercial real estate assets, with a particular focus on incorporating sustainability factors Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel to assess property values, risks, and potential returns Collaborate on market research and data analysis to support client advisory services Elaborate and deliver risk assessments and value analysis reports Assist in the development of sustainable real estate strategies for clients Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and client presentations Mentor junior team members and support their professional development Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for:
3-5 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green finance or banking, or related field Knowledge of risk, sustainable building practices and ESG principles in real estate is desired Genuine interest in sustainability initiatives, climate risk, action and resilience Experience in Commercial Real Estate is desired Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English What you can expect from us:
