ABOUT YOU You have impressive communication skills & love leading a team.You have a growth mindset & thrive on personal development.You demand excellence of yourself and thrive on feedback.You are results-focused and accountable for your outcomes.You are a lightning-fast learner, smart and confident.You have high emotional intelligence, you're resilient and adaptable.You are energized and create energy.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT: Oversee daily operations of the clinic.Manage patient scheduling and office workflow.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and laws.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor the clinic's budget and financial performance.Handle billing, collections, and insurance claim processes.Prepare financial reports and forecasts.STAFF MANAGEMENT: Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including receptionists and chiropractic assistants.Conduct performance evaluations and oversee professional development.Foster a positive work environment and address staff concerns.PATIENT RELATIONS: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and care.Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback.Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with AHPRA.MARKETING AND OUTREACH: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients.Manage the clinic's online presence and social media accounts.Establish relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.PRACTICE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in clinic operations.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Implement new technologies and systems to enhance clinic efficiency.CLINICAL COORDINATION: Work closely with chiropractors & massage therapists to support clinical operations.Ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.Assist in patient education and ensure proper communication of treatment plans.REPORTING AND ANALYSIS: Collect and analyze data related to practice performance, patient demographics, and operational efficiency.Prepare reports for ownership/leadership to inform strategic decision-making.If you want to step into a role where you can confidently manage a business, enjoy knowing all the details and have a go-getter attitude, this just might be the role for you!
