An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Store Manager to join our team in Myer, Canberra Civic Centre
As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

Are passionate about customer service Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI's Have an interest in fashion and trends Take pride in your personal style and presentation Want to further your career in retail in a fast paced, performance-based environment. The Store Manager will take ownership in managing the store in order to achieve:
Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Responsibility for your team's recruitment, development and performance Visual merchandising in your store Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store As a Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.
