We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Airport Co-Ordinator to lead, coach and develop our team of Jo Malone London Stylists & Bobbi Brown Make-Up Artists (BA's) to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.
Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will work together with the Area Sales & Operations Manager to identify opportunities in directing the retail sales performance of the counters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be manage 5 counters at Sydney Airport - at both International & Domestic Airports.
You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to drive & achieve retail sales targets, impactful in-store events, and the leadership of a high performing BA teams.
