We are seeking a professionally presented, cheerful, well organised individual with excellent customer service and administration skills to join our existing team in Adelaide.
Main responsibilities: Answering phone calls to provide high quality support to our customersPreparing stock for dispatch and invoicingData entry into Navision computer systemReceiving orders and responding to customers by email and phoneAssisting in preparation and calculation of quotesAssisting with customer enquiries in relation to custom makes, quotations, ordersAssisting with the co-ordination of the CAD departmentFollowing up on all aspects of customer enquiries and ordersGeneral office administrationTo be successful in this position you will require: Certificate or experience in office administrationAdvanced skills in MS Office products and a high level of computer skillsStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast paced environmentExcellent time management skillsProfessional and confident telephone mannerStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multi taskAble to work well in a small team environmentPunctual and reliableExcellent data entry skills What we can offer: Permanent full-time employmentDiverse, interesting busy roleTraining for an understanding of fine Jewellery and gemstones providedNear city location with car parkingCompetent, professional and friendly colleaguesGood team environmentSuccessful applicants will be required to undertake a Police Clearance on commencement of their employment.
