About the companyThe business was established in 1974 by Mr. John Barbuto (JB), trading from a single store in East Keilor, Victoria. About the roleAs the Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Improvement Program within JB Hi-Fi Group Commercial. Your role will be central to delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, spanning eCommerce development, CRM (Salesforce) enhancements, and other key projects. Using your deep understanding of the B2B Commercial business, you will leverage insights to create impactful solutions that support the organization's goals.
