Grow with the organisation, and provide a steady developer's hand with clean coding. Build on your experience with Java and APIs in an agile environment. Develop and maintain a rules and compliance engine to specifications, with a constant stream of new features in the pipeline.
Where assigned, perform the feature lead role by managing end-to-end feature delivery, feature team communications, requirements clarifications and resolution and/or escalation of blockers and dependencies to ensure efficient delivery of the defined product feature to market within committed timeframes.
Work with the support of the team lead, backend team and fellow software engineers working on allocated feature(s) to interpret requirements, confirm specifications, and develop appropriate production-grade implementations that operate at scale for a global user base.
Interact with UX / UI designers, business analysts, architects, platform (DevOps) & security specialists and test analysts for the product to clarify requirements, understand scope changes that arise from time to time, and resolve bugs.
