Employment Type-B2B WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Align closely with business for Technology/Project deliveries as per agreed timelines.Work/support on any critical issues and ensure the fix is delivered in time.Takes ownership of Production Support activities across the platformEnsures support requests, tickets, ad-hoc queries, and support to the Application/Platform and tracks its completion/resolution.Responsible for diagnosing and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for various system Users.Prepare new best practices and technical and process documents.PUBLICDevelop & enhance your knowledge in by way of courses, training, certification & hands-on experience.SME of service functional capabilities and limitations.Capture and escalation of risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions during the design phase of agile delivery.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
