This position will be responsible for delivering a strategic support to both internal and external stakeholders.Your ProfileKey responsibilities will include: Assist with long-term goals Conduct organisational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operation effectiveness.
Make recommendation based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners and internal business process improvement.
Ensure that project and departments strategic goals are being met whilst adhering to approved budgets.
Assist the Strategy Team and Project Teams to identify and analyse potential opportunities to grow businesses and look for opportunities to add new businesses consistent with our trusted position in the domestic market.
Conduct financial analysis of opportunities including cash flow analysis, valuations, impact on earnings, balance sheet, funding sources etc.
Analyse the strategic alignment of potential investment opportunities.
Translation (Japanese-English) for development project related documents Interpretation (Japanese-English) for internal and external meeting Prepare presentation/documents of development projects in Japanese/English Research and collect information and data Make the project presentation to HQ in Japanese/English Other ad hoc duties as requiredSkillsIn order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths: Must be fluent in Japanese language skills with strong English.Translation and Interpretation of Japanese/English skills Property development or architecture knowledge and experiences will be highly regarded but not a must.Knowledge and experience in real estate industry is preferredComputer literate in MS office applicationsStrong customer service focusExcellent interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
