ABOUT THE COMPANY.
This well-established construction company holds over a decade of experience specialising in bespoke fitout, refurbishment, and construction projects ranging from $2M up to $20M. Renowned for delivering top quality commercial projects from design through to delivery, this company boasts a loyal repeat client base and has a robust pipeline of work spanning the next several years. They are about to commence exciting on-site construction projects in the hospitality, retail, office, and government sectors. To support these endeavours due to commence in 2025, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their NSW division to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Site Manager, you will oversee construction works on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the project site, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring the project meets high standards in WHS, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand. This role is ideal for a candidate seeking stability and a company that prides itself on excellent staff retention and a strong repeat client base.

DUTIES. On-site construction activity management Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation Construction program scheduling Sub-contractor Management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favourable Commercial experience recommended Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE.
