About the Position.
Working alongside a Project Manager and General Manager, you will assist in delivering several fit-out and refurbishment projects across Canberra ranging between $500 K to $25 M.
With the management team's sole focus on progressing their staff, you will receive tailored training and development to fast-track your career progression.
Duties. Progress claims, variations, RFI's Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders Review and negotiate subcontract terms Prepare accurate and transparent Project Management reports Skills & Experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Building related tertiary qualifications are advantageous, but not essential Team-focused individual with the ability to liaise with subcontractors Previous exposure to Project coordination or Project Administrator within the construction industry Culture.
