Working closely with the ICT Director, the ITSM Service & Assurance Manager is responsible for the leadership of Fiona Stanley Hospital's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) service management capabilities across the ITIL lifecycle by providing process ownership and ensuring use of the ITIL procedures across all support teams.
In addition to the ITSM accountabilities, the Function provides Service reporting, Test Management capabilities, DR Assurance; ICT Risk Management facilitation; ICT monthly compliance facilitation against our obligations and KPIs.
Finally, the Product Owner of the BMC ITSM and ITM tool suite including leadership of the staff who operate and maintain the service.
