Job DescriptionAbout the Role
As an Iteration Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our squad's product backlog meets business and tech expectations by applying agile delivery techniques. You'll foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving continuous improvement and a positive team culture.
What You'll DoDeliver with Agility: Plan, execute, and optimise product delivery, proactively managing risks, impediments, and team flow to keep projects on track.Facilitate Agile Practices: Implement and facilitate effective agile practices like Scrum or Kanban. Evaluate current practices, propose improvements, and introduce foundational agile concepts.Promote an Agile Mindset: Encourage continuous learning, curiosity, and a growth mindset, helping the squad to self-organise and adapt to change.Build Team Culture: Create an empowering and inclusive environment. Address misalignments, resolve conflicts, and inspire a shared purpose.Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate best practices, ensuring high-quality outcomes that deliver value to users.Mentor and Coach: Help team members grow their skills and agile capabilities, enabling the squad to achieve its full potential.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Essential qualifications, experience & skillsA proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliver high quality products and experiences.A strong background in Agile methodology and delivery.Experience and skills working in a technical environment, with the ability to distil complex business requirements into stories and tasks for team members.Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Experience and skills using and managing Atlassian JIRA.Desirable qualifications, experience & skillsScrum Master training and/or certification.Digital media industry experience, Exposure to Video and Ad Tech Stacks: Familiarity with live streaming technology.Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with product, engineering, and ad operations teams to align on objectives, manage dependencies, and streamline the delivery pipeline.Additional InformationPlease note: This role will be advertised during our Christmas shut down period.
