Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time About the role Due to sustainable growth, we are now searching for an experienced Iteration Manager to join our dynamic Sime Darby Industrial branch in our Southbank, QLD, based office.
The primary responsibility of the Iteration Manager is to guide agile delivery Teams through continuous improvement through agile processes and methodologies and to provide them with servant leadership by removing blockers and raising risks that the Team is unable to remove themselves.
As a professional in your field, you will be well versed in agile frameworks and practices, comfortable working with all members of a cross-functional agile Team to deliver customer value and will have a constant curiosity for continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Additionally, this role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities: Facilitate agile Teams through the stages of Team development and guide their maturity journey in the agile principal practices.
Facilitate Team Ceremonies and workshops.
Ensuring the agile team has up to date release and sprint plans.
Provide visibility and transparency through regular updates.
Liaise with product owners and business analysts to ensure the right work is actioned at the right time.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of modern and contemporary work practices.
Essential requirements The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes: Minimum 1-year experience working in an Iteration Manager, scrum master or similar role.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working within Digital or IT projects in a corporate environment and or Global IT environment.
Experience working with multiple Agile methodologies and at scale.
Strong Prioritisation, estimation, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Clear understanding of industry standard metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
