What You'll Be Doing I have the full JD but I am not looking for someone who ticks the JD boxes, I'm looking for a special kind of someone, a unique person who makes people feel special and can fill a room by just being in it. Big Picture, Big Heart : Lead 3-4 direct reports while overseeing two unique floors. One handles "quick wins" (think triage phone calls), and the other focuses on brokering longer term relationships.
