Seeley International is Australia's largest manufacturer of evaporative air conditioning and gas heating for domestic, commercial, and industrial markets, with iconic brands such as Breezair, Braemar, Coolair, Climate Wizard and Convair.For more than fifty years, this Australian owned family business has led the industry with groundbreaking innovations.Seeley International currently employs more than 500 staff and has significant growth plans, both in Australia and overseas, which will further cement its reputation as a leader in its field.The IT Technical Support is a vital role in supporting our staff across all departments by resolving their technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems.The role is a 6-month contract role.About the Role: Provide exceptional technical support to our internal staff through the IT helpdesk system.Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity.Assist users with software applications, security protocols, and other IT-related needs.Maintain accurate documentation of all IT support activities.Collaborate with IT team members on various projects and tasks.Participate in an on-call rotation (one month out of four) to provide after-hours technical support.What you'll bring: TAFE level or High School Diploma with equivalent demonstrable experience Proven experience working in a technical support role.Strong understanding of desktop technology, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and network fundamentals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.A problem-solving mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using common office applications.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience will be negotiated to secure a top performer for this outstanding opportunity.Please include a cover letter and resume outlining your experience addressing the above criteria and suitability for this role.Seeley International is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our workplace.
