IT Technical Support AnalystFull Time SalaryVillage Roadshow Studios, Oxenford, Gold CoastThe opportunity:We are seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst who will oversee daily IT operations and provide onsite support for third party productions, team members, and security.Your day to day:Ensure systems meet the needs of Studios and Productions, including logging and tracking jobs, communicating with Productions and Admin, strictly adhering to production confidentiality and invoicing billable items.Manage day-to-day IT for the Studios, including O365, Active Directory, DNS, licensing, hardware endpoints, and network availability and capacity.Support the key business systems of Avaya phone, Flir CCTV, Gallagher access control, Jacques Intercom, Upkeep maintenance, and Sinepro.Deliver and enhance technical services to improve business outcomes and optimize costs.Monitor and maintain PABX system, conduct audits before/after production, and ensure proper tracking to avoid impact on production.What you'll bring:Previous experience in a similar role is essential.IT degree or qualification is advantageous.CCNA Certificate and CCNP is desirable.Azure and M365 Fundamentals certification.Experience with Office 365 accounts, Windows desktops, MacOS, and mobile devices is essential.Networking knowledge, including wireless, is essential.Knowledge of PowerShell, Vmware vSphere/ESXi, Ubuntu/Debian/CentOS Linux, and IP cameras is desirable.About the Perks!Unlimited free entry to our amazing theme parks.Earn complimentary passes for family and friends.Enjoy discounts on food & beverage, retail, and animal experiences.Enjoy a wide variety of discounts throughout our properties and access to our Village Employee Benefits App which is partnered with more than 65 major retailers!Exclusive and unique team member events and awards.Reward and Recognition incentives and prizes.On-site Wellbeing Team and access to our EAP with 24/7 support.Opportunity for professional development & internal training; we strive to grow our talent!Explore the possibility of creating memories that last lifetimes with a career at Village Roadshow Theme Parks!
