Based at Macquarie Park, this hybrid role presents a fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems & Network Administrator to provide professional IT services to the business to ensure it remains operational. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic IT solutions to support business goals in accordance with company objectives.
We're looking for a motivated and organised individual who holds: Strong planning, prioritisation, organizational, and time management skills with a results-driven focus Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative, customer-focused approach Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a growth mindset Experience with helpdesk support, desktop/laptop configurations, and network environments Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Admin, Active Directory, and Windows Server, Azure, ESXi maintenance. Networking administration and configuration, firewall management, monitoring Knowledge of PowerShell and VoIP is desirable You'll be responsible for: Server administration, maintenance, and updates both cloud and on premise Physical and technical setup of office IT infrastructure Desktop/laptop patching, system administration, and software deployment Supporting process improvements, decommissioning of legacy resources/environments Backup, recovery & storage management both physical and cloud IT purchasing, Maintaining the asset database and performing software/hardware audits Provide occasional and escalated support for internal staff and devices Set up new staff technology and coordinate IT inductions Our passion is health, and our purpose is helping to make life better for others.
