About the RoleThe IT Systems Analyst (full-time based in Wagga Wagga), is a multi-disciplined role that encompasses elements of Software Support, End-User Documentation and Training, and Project Management. The IT Systems Analyst(s) works closely and collaboratively with all MSP Photography Staff and Franchises to support and enhance existing systems and processes across the business, as well as developing and implementing new products, offerings and innovations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide process, system and software support to individuals or user groupsUtilise and maintain the helpdesk system, to track all IT related requests, incidents and problemsProduction of high-quality documents, manuals and communication relevant to systems, projects and business activities as requiredWork closely with business users, analysing their existing work practices through systematic process mapping, identifying solutions to business needs, and opportunities for system and process improvementDevelop high quality functional specifications for new system features and process improvement, communicating across a diverse group of project stakeholders and resources as requiredDevelopment and execution of test plans and test scenarios for projects, enhancements and software upgradesManage the post implementation support framework for end users and provide a high level of support to end users post implementationKey AttributesExcellent communication skills, relationship management, and time management skillsStrong organisational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsStrategic thinking in combination with a decisive nature, capable of delivering quick solutionsCustomer and goal focusedFlexibility to work independently or in teams as requiredHow to ApplyPlease apply in SEEK, submitting your resume along with a covering letter addressing criteria.
