West Technology is partnering with an Australian owned company that has been in operation for over 30 years. This business has grown to have a national presence and operate in over 50 sites throughout Australia and is a market leader within its industry.
About Your New Role
This business is currently recruiting for an experienced IT System & Application Support to join the business on a project basis. This person will assess the current IT environment including the tech stack which includes intranet, mid-tier ERP, O365, and the internal E-Comm platform to ensure they are operating efficiently and that systems are as integrated as possible. Additionally, this person will review the existing hardware being utilized and make recommendations for upgrades or product changes which align best to the requirements of the business.
About You!
The ideal candidate will have experience performing the above-listed tasks and has previous experience as a Systems Administrator, Helpdesk Engineer, Application Support, or similar. You have 'hands-on' experience supporting O365, Intranet, company websites, ERP systems (Jiwa ideal) and have prior experience with automation and integration. You are a self-starter who can determine your own workload and work closely with C-suite executives. Interpersonally, you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels of the business. You are approachable and have a customer service attitude to your role.
